Our Position
DSS asserts that its sincerely held religious beliefs and practices, including the sacramental use of sacred medicines, seek the protections available under the First Amendment and RFRA.
Our Religious Practice
Within DSS, sacramental practice is an expression of our sincerely held religious beliefs. It is not recreational use, nor is it separate from the broader spiritual life of our community. Our practices are centered on consciousness, spiritual inquiry, reverence, personal responsibility, ceremony, and integration. Not as commercial or recreational products.
Membership & Responsible Participation
Participation in DSS sacramental practices is reserved for eligible members and takes place within established religious and safety protocols. This includes education, preparation, informed consent, participant screening, structured ceremony, and integration. Membership does not automatically qualify an individual to participate in sacramental practices.
Responsible Sacramental Practice
DSS approaches sacramental practice within a structured religious framework. Members are expected to honor the sacred purpose of the sacrament and follow DSS guidelines intended to support responsible religious use and prevent unauthorized diversion. Access is limited to verified members, with documented fulfillment, shipment tracking, and a prohibition against resale, sharing, gifting, or transfer.

We believe religious liberty and responsibility belong together. DSS seeks to practice its faith transparently, sincerely, and with respect for the spiritual significance of our sacraments, the welfare of our members, our communities, and the law.
